Château des Gimarets, "Oak Barrel aging"
With its strong and deep darkness color, it develops black fruit with grilled aromas. Powerful, round and mouth filling, it shows a persistent lingering.

Very pleasant now with its deep subtly round and wood tannins, it will evolve with aging and be at its peak after 5 to 8 years of cellaring.

Best served with meat in sauce, red meat, spicy dishes and cheese.

This wine won regulary medals at the "Féminalise of Beaune" or "Tastevinage of Clos Vougeot".
